A simplified mechanism
- A service returns a payment request.
- A client authorizes the chosen payment method.
- The service fulfills the request through its payment integration.
What it does not establish
Available methods depend on the integration. Stripe’s implementation supports stablecoins and selected fiat methods; this is not a promise for every MPP endpoint.
Where it fits
MPP and x402 both address machine payments. Check SDK and method compatibility rather than treating all implementations as interchangeable.
